Hey! My name is Coutney, & I just joined this site about a month ago. I check in every day and I have found this very helpful for counting all of my calories, and tracking how and what I work out. I don't have many friends on here, so I'm looking for some supportive friends, and friends to support! I'm just trying to lose about 10 more lbs. and I was at a plateau until about last week and my weight finally started moving down some! I've totally changed my eating habits, and I go to the gym Monday thru Saturday for about an hour a day! If any one has any other tips or pointers to help me lose these last 10 lbs. let me know please! Thanks!

Hi there! Welcome. I'm in the same boat. I've found tracking everything I eat to be the biggest tip. Makes me realize how much of a lazy snacker I am. Request sent0

Thanks!! I have found tracking so helpful! I never really cared about it, until I actually started really trying to lose weight.. so now whenever I'm making lunch or even going out to dinner, before I chose what I eat I first think.. Hmm I wonder how many calories or fat is in this which helps me make smarter choices!Hi there! Welcome. I'm in the same boat. I've found tracking everything I eat to be the biggest tip. There are days when I'm lazy though and I think that's making me stuck. I try and plan out what I'll have for the day when I'm making breakfast, but maybe come lunchtime I don't want that. lol I try though.0 -

All you can really do is try!! I am lazy days too, but my as far as going to the gym, I told my husband that if I get lazy he has to help motivate me to go, and it has worked. Now I don't need him to tell me anymore because it's becoming a regular thing! It's hard sometimes to plan out food, but I'm trying the best I can with that as well too!!Thanks!! I'm sorry you're feeling disappointed. They have some great meal choices and plans on here which I have used for dinner and what not which has helped me change my eating. But I totally understand what you mean. Try to eat less breads and pastas if you want to cut out carbs is the only thing I can really think! I'm such a sap when it comes to breads and pastas, I love them lol.Hello . Im new to the site and I'm finding it very intresting. Hi Courtney! One thing that I try to do when I hit a plateau is to change up my routine at the gym. Either change up your intensity or try a new piece of equipment. Most of all just hang in there. You'll start loosing again.0

Thank you! I've actually found that out in the last 2 weeks somewhat lol. It was almost like I was just going through the motions at the Gym.. now instead of the treadmill I'm using the eliptical.. and it's of leg pressing 55 lbs. I'm doing 110 lbs. I've uped everything and I'm starting to feel better!! )Hi Courtney! One thing that I try to do when I hit a plateau is to change up my routine at the gym.
