Hello all,

My gym has started a new competition that is along the lines of the biggest loser. We have the opportunity to meet with a nutritionist . She suggested this site to track etc. It's a whole new way of eating for me but I'm really excited to try this program.

I'm looking forward to reading these forums and meeting new people.
