I give myself a little leeway on the weekends. I don't go completely crazy...but It's the weekend and I think it's ok to not be as strict....but still remembering to log on MFP so you know where your weekend stands :)

I don't plan on it, because there are plenty of days where situations put me in a position of going over on calories.

Exactly what I was going to say.

I have days where I splurge a bit, some days I eat less. I figure as long as I meet my calorie goal on average, there's no harm.

I find that no matter what day it is if i allow myself to "splurge" it is all down hill for a couple days til i get myself back in orderd. Weekends are the worst for it!

Same here! I don't plan them but cheat meals or desserts happen and aren't always planned. I try to fit them into my daily allowances but if they put me over a slight bit, no biggie!

    I don't have cheat days.
I may relax, but nothing insane.
The other week I let myself have a piece of cake (whoopty doo). I think if my lifestyle change doesn't include a little indulgence, it's not worth it.
I'm not going to eat an entire freakin' pizza, but I might have a slice.

I think so long as it's in moderation and infrequent, it's no big deal.
