    Oomph! - Augen Auf!

(Might be a little disturbing to some, so at your own risk. ^^)

This is my favourite "move" song. The beat and the counting in this song are really motivating for me. Helps a little that the chorus generally (GENERALLY, to avoid semantics ;) ) translates "Look out I'm coming."
Meatloaf - Bat Out Of Hell

    Yes!

I also find The Dresden Dolls - Girl Anachronism is great for those last few minutes of cardio that seem so hard.

    Muse- Supermassive Black Hole
Figgy Duff (a hard to define band from Newfoundland. They played amped up traditional and original celtic folk) some great traditional jigs, reels. Great lively music that really gets ya moving. After the Tempest. A Sailor Courted a Farmers Daughter, Centennial Highway, Brothers Jig....

From Tropical Brainstorm by Kristy MacColl (Irish singer, died in a diving accident in 2000- very controversial. Ircumstances. She was run over by a boat in Cozumel her family believes was being driven by a local rich guy who says his employee was driving. She managed to push her son away from danger (he was still injured) but died instantly when the speedboat hit her.

Anyway, great album. In These Shoes, Alegria (energetic, carnival drum beats)

When I'm running, huffing and puffing ready to give up.. if Pandora plays either Just Like Heaven or I'll Melt With You by The Cure I will go faster and even play the air drums while I'm running. I get quite a few stares but if they only knew what magic is in my ears at that very moment....
