I need inspiration.... too worn out from my workout to think.... might just make tuna salad because it is so easy.

I had 4 1/2 oz turkey with a slice of baby swiss (21g), 1 oz avacado slices, and some cilantro on 1/2 of a whole wheat roll. Fresh brewed green tea accompanied the sandwich.

I had a salad with 4 oz of leftover rib meat, a string cheese and 1 tbsp blue cheese dressing cut with 2 tbsp plain yogurt. Yes I put the string cheese in the salad. It was meh. The rib meat was good but I wasn't too thrilled with the blue cheese/yogurt mix. A little too much yogurt I think. Oh well, it was food.0

A BLT and a cup of red grapes.
-100% whole grain bread
-a teeny tiny bit of light mayo (just enough to keep it from being too dry -- I HATE mayonnaise in the first place)
-four strips of ready-to-eat bacon (had to make the sandwich at work...)
-1/2 cup of lettuce
-2 tomato slices
No cheese :-/ Trying to avoid it because dairy makes me sick, but it's tough.0 -
chicken that was roasted last night for dinner...........kind of boring, but I ate 3 hours ago and am still sooo full!
