Hi I'm new here
I've heard a lot of good things about this site so I thought I'd give it a go.
I'm Nadine, I'm a 21.
I don't look hideously overweight, I weigh about 164lbs and I'm 5'10.
I hope to lose around 30lbs before July. Just want to shed the winter wobbles.
I'm a student and find it tricky to stick to diets and eat enough healthy food.
I tend to eat too little, and unhealthily for convenience sake.
Hopefully being here.

Feel free to add me, ive been at this for quite sometime. The diet really is key, and eating to little can really have an effect on your weight loss, even cause u to gain weight. Always lloking to help motivate.0

Ive been trying to slim down for a while now, I think I just needed some guidance on how much to eat and when.
It was quite a rude awakening adding in what I ate today.
I've lost like 12lbs in the last year but I've been stuck at my current weight for a good 2 months now.0
