Egg Whites Success Story

:smile: I have been Weight Training for 2 weeks, yes 2! I am on a very strict diet. I have been adding egg whites instead of the yolk. I have dropped inches and weight. My strict diet includes egg whites. I have seen a difference so far in this new diet with my skin and my mood. What are your egg white success stories? I am looking forward to hearing them. Also, below is my workout:

Monday morning- Bootcamp Class from 615-715am

Monday night-- 4 sets of 40(situps)/ and side planks-60 seconds on each side, lower back exercises where I take a 35 pound weight and go up down like I am about to touch my toes and keep my legs straight each time; coming up at a 90 degree angle.

Tuesday night- Bootcamp Class 8-9pm
Tuesday before bed-- same as monday

Wednsday Morning- Bootcamp 615-715
Wednesday night- same as monday and tuesday


Thursday Night- Bootcamp 8-9pm
Thursday before bed- same as monday, tuesday, and wednesday

I keep myself motivated by wearinig the bikini that I want to wear for the summer and focus on the areas that are most unpleasant.

    i don't have a success story but i do love egg whites! i make scrambled eggs with them and add broccoli and whatever other veggies. i'm lazy though and get the egg white carton.
  • I never knew that they could taste so good! Scrambled eggs with broccoli sounds so good right now. I think I may go home and make some! You aren't the only one. I got mine from the carton lol.

    I love egg whites! Low cal and high protein. I crack mine straight from the egg. In fact I had 3 for breakfast this morning :)

    I love egg whites! I often have 3-4 for breakfast with a flax seed waffle. DELICIOUS!

    i love them! we have our own free range chickens/eggs. I used to eat the whole egg until about a month ago! I usually have 2 boiled egg whites with breakfast, the protein helps keep me full for hours! A a special treat sometimes I make egg-white french toast, and top it off with tomato slices and cottage cheese! Its fantastic!
    I think egg whites will be a staple in my diet for a long time!

    I still can't get past the white color. I use one whole egg, two egg whites, mix in veggies. Sometimes I add some mustard and dill relish to give them a little zip. Super yummy.

    HA HA me too. I buy the carton.

    Faster in the morning when you have to be out the door.
