a little/big reward for myself LOL. I can now get rid of the used ProForm one I've been using!

    Pretty good. Decided that I need to get back to tracking, just to keep myself in check and make sure I am getting in the important stuff every day. =) You doing such an awesome job!!! I can't wait for the weather to get better so I can get outside again. It was nice enough here today that I was able to get a short jog in at the park. It was short though..and I can tell I am going to have to work a little to get back to where I was. =(
