Need to loose body fat! Help!

Hey everyone ! I am new here! I am in need of some friends! Im begging you! I need help loosing a few pounds and I have no idea what I am doing! Pointers please!

    I like a lot of Jillian Michael workouts b/c it is circuit training that doesn't allow you to rest. Many workouts involve cardio and weights-which is something great for me personally. (Cardio alone helped me to lose weight, but did not help in my major goal to drop body fat percentage)

    Interval training combined with strengh training is the best form of exercise in my opinion, diet is the vital aspect of fat loss no matter what methods you decide to do, for me the hybrid (strengh and interval) has worked best in losing fat, thats just from experience though not saying its a fact, good luck :-) feel free to add me I try to big up everybody on their journeys :)
