30 day shred

I'm new to the mfp. I am doing the 30 day shred, how do i add that into my exercises?

    Welcome onboard! I'm currently on Level 2 day 9! It's a great workout!

    I log it as 20 Minutes "Circuit Training, General"

    I started today! Have done a few days of level one before but hope to commit to the whole 30 days this time. I too logg it as 20 minutes circuit training. I'm going to send you a friend request and maybe we can motivate one another to stick with it:smile:

    Day 17 here - stick with it!

    I use an HRM, but - if you dont have one then log as Circuit Training.

    Edited: I'm 5'7", 185 lbs, and max out my heart rate - and I'm consistently burning 260-270 cals on level 2. At level one I was consistently between 250-260. Even if the work seems easy - don't skate through it, really push yourself - its a great quick workout.
