    Things I eat for breakfast:

    oatmeal with fruit, nuts or greek yogurt
    quinoa with fruit, nuts or greek yogurt
    greek yogurt with fruit and nuts
    cottage cheese
    organic grain cereals
    omlettes with veggies, cheese, meat
    eggs and turkey or chicken baccon
    fruits or veggies with organic nut butters (usually almond or peanut)
    fruit salad
    smoothies made with fruits and veggies
    pancakes made from oatmeal or coconut flour

    Try Muesli. You can cook it with water or milk just like oatmeal. I use unsweetened coconut milk. Sometimes I add sliced fruit on top.

    Silk almond milk (1/2 c) = 30 calories

    Yummy in my tummy

    Fyi, kellogs makes like 4 varieties of cereal that are 110 calories per serving.. the chocolate is especially tasty, especially if you're a chocoholic like me.

    My usual is egg beaters, scrambled with saute'd peppers, onions and mushrooms (pam spray for the saute part). I usually have it with a whole grain english muffin and 2 pieces turkey sausage.

    Today I changed it up and had old fashioned oats with 1.5 tbsp dark cocoa powder and 3/4 cup almond milk with a banana sliced into it. Cook on the stove 5-8 mins. It was so yummy and felt like a treat!

    I eat 2 extra large organic cage free eggs cooked in extra virgin coconut oil with 1 ounce cheese and 100 calories worth of avocado with salsa EVERY morning. SOOOOO good - and I am set till the afternoon, even then, I am not hungry!
