I am pretty small-boned but am doing a lot of resistance exercises. So, my goal weight is kind of arbitrary. It's the number given to me as my ideal weight when I got dunked. Looking to be strong, healthy and be somewhere in the 20-22% body fat world.

Just started getting really serious about this. I don't ever want to be a stick- I love my curves. I'm getting in shape for an awesome 5K July 1st. Aaand bikini bodies are always nice to have.
I'm always open to new friends, especially since I only have three right now. haha I'd love to compare and share exercising techniques that are more height-specific. I don't know about you other tall ladies, but I can't squat worth a damn. My knees always feel like they're going to go out. I'm sure that has something to do with the weight, but I think it's a height thing, too.0 -
