    You look wonderful! Keep up the good work! I also have a history of diabetes running through my family. I am the only one out of my 3 siblings who has not been affected by this. I'm very fortunate considering my mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother all have/had diabetes (great-grandmother died from it).

    Therefore, I'm trying to stay healthy as much as I'm possibly able to!

    You look great and i am inspired by your progress. I only started 2 weeks ago but am already seeing progress. I hope i can say that i lost 50lbs in 7 months in time for my niece's wedding!

    Thank you everyone, for all your comments and supports. Things have been pretty busy since I originally posted, but good news is that even with all the craziness, I've managed to drop into the "30"'s for the first time in over 15yrs....I weighed in today at 238 Total loss is now 53 :)
