i'm always posting complaining that i'm See-saw Susie and finally I lost weight 3 weeks in a row. I'm out of my rut!! So thought to share the good news!! for everyone struggling, Never Give Up!! One day at a time, BELIEVE ME, I know it is not easy!!: smile:
