Not very fun, chit-chatty or related to weigh loss in any way but I wanted to spread this. Joseph Koney is one of the worlds worst war criminals. Kidnaps children, forces them into his army and makes them kill their parents and other people. Boys put into the army and girls put into sex slavery. And apparently it is all so that he can keep his twisted power. Watch the video, pledge or spread the info. Things like this make me sick to my stomach.
