Hello everyone I'am new to this website and have never done anything like this I'm hoping I will find the motivation I need to get out of my rut of making excuses of why I can't lose weight and finding every excuse to not go to the gym, I have 21 lbs to lose after having my 3rd child who is gonna be 4 in sept. I started a boot camp class 3 days a week and have been doing good but now i find myself not so motivated and I no nothing on nutrition so any advice will help ...Thanks 4princess

    hey im new here too i just stoped smoking and i so gained 50pounds i hat it ive tried everything im also ready 2 do it lol:drinker:

    hi,i'm also new to the site,so far i think this site is great it's better than other ones i used.i been a health and fitness nut since i was 15yrs old.but 2 yrs ago i started gaining weight.i have lost some already,been on the journey fo awhile.still have 12lbs to lose,doesn't sound like much ,but it does take time.holly
