Exercise Time?

I find it real difficult to fit in exercise during the day, and come night time I feel too tired to workout. What time do you exercise to get it done?

Right after work during the week (6-6:30 p.m.). Shortly after getting up on the weekends (9:30-10 a.m.)0

i go around 430 in the afternoon. it is right after i sleep from my 3rd shift job0

6:00a.m. If I wait until after work, it just doesn't happen. Besides, nothing like facing the day after a good workout!0

Right after work. Once you get the routine going and convince yourself that the gym is as important as brushing your teeth or taking a shower, in other words, not optional, it gets easier. I don't always feel too psyched about going, but I kind of think i'd have the same feelings in the morning as well. I just remind myself that they are excuses.0

In the summer, I'd go early in the morning, before it to hot to walk outside. Now that it's so cold, I mostly stick to indoor things or in the afternoon if it's warm enough.0

I lift some dumbbells after I eat and take my morning medicine, between 6 and 9 am. I go to the gym at 9 am or 10 am. Sometimes if I feel the need I'll march in place while watching TV at night or do some other random stretching/moving around. Keep in mind I'm not employed so I basically have all day, it's just a matter of if I feel like it or if I'm sore that day.0

Another morning person here. If I don't do it first thing it doesn't get done. I get up between 5 and 5:30 and either run three miles or do a workout dvd. Then I'm done and can start my day. Another benefit of working out early is knowing what your calories for the day are so you can spread them out. Good luck! Just do it, no excuses!0

I cycle to and from work. It's great as I pretty much have little choice in the matter.
I work from home more often these days, so also recently started running in the morning on those day.
Morning exercise is great. Really gets you in a good mood for the day.0 -
someone suggested to me to put workout clothes out the night before and crawl into them when I woke up. it's not a bad plan...doesn't work when my body hurts, but it's not a bad plan0
