I am always so busy being deployed any suggestions on work outs i work 19 hr days

    Keep a resistance band with you - cheap, don't take up any room in travel bags, and you can make it as hard or easy to use as you want:smile:

    I feel your pain, i've been in that position before. Luckily, my MOS allowed me to stay very busy and lose weight while oversea's. problem was my diet.... lack of nutriton at times.
