    I don't want to turn 50 this year. I'm going to turn FITy and lose 50 in the process.

    I've been doing this for less than 2-months and started my 8th week of the Couch-to-5k program (treadmill). Not breaking any land-speed records, but needed some serious help from the waist down and it seems to be working. Plan to start strength training as I know I have a Mesomorph body-type and it's recommended. I'll be doing kettlebell workouts. Any twins out there?
