Watch the sugar.

I have met a lot of people recently who are focused on fat. "Make sure you get reduced fat" and "as long as there is no fat." are things I often hear, but you have to remember the sugar. Some foods out there may have reduced fat but to make up for the loss of taste sugar is used. High sugar consumption creates insulin spikes in your body that make fat loss incredibly harder, you feel hungry more. Remember watch the sugar, as well as fats and carbs.
