My calorie count is at 1450 for the day but when I calculate my RMR it says I should be at about 1900. My understanding of RMR is that you want to be right at RMR on calories after exercise or you will gain weight as if you were well over the RMR number.

Am I aiming for too low of a calorie count for the day.

For the sake of thinking about my RMR or even my daily calorie count: I'm 5'11", 30 years old, Male, 205 lb.
