New Canadian Keto dieter. Befriend me!

Howdy!

I'm 29, live in Vancouver, Canada and am attempting to lose 30lbs (Milestone 1: 220lbs) and then possibly another 20 (Milestone 2: 200lbs).

I've recently dove into the Keto diet/lifestyle and quickly picked up MFP after realizing how much more control it gives me over the other apps I've used.
