High Protein Foods Needed

So I looked at my stats and my protein level is pretty low. I did buy some protein powder to start eating with my oatmeal and to have a shake after my heavy lifting workouts.
What are some other high in protein foods that you eat or snack on during the day? I work in an office M-F so I do have a fridge to store food in.

Beans! You can buy or make all kinds of Hummus and spreads and dips made from beans! great for snacking on with veggie sticks. try a red lentil and sweet potato hummus, a black bean & cilantro dip, white bean & pesto hummus, spread them on wholegrain flatbread, dip with multi grain tortilla chips, in a wrap with fresh veggie slaw... so many ways to enjoy beans.
Try oven roasting chick peas for a crunchy snack, yum!0 -
Thank you! I forgot about a lot of these that are easy to bring with me on the go and to work. I don't know why I'm so brain dead sometimes.
I did look up some protein bars and I need to make a trip to the store to get some flour for them. I'm excited to make those. I think those will help a lot. Then I will pick up some of these other items as well.
Do you all make eggs in the microwave? I've never tried it before. I think I will go back to making mini egg muffins that I can bring to work with me. I did that before and it worked out well. I made 24 mini eggs and then I'd bring them to work and heat them up for breakfast. They were really good.
Thanks again!0
