    Im brand new as well...I actually didnt think Id stick with the food diary its always been hard in the past...Its incouraging to see Ive stayed below my calorie count and according to my bathroom scale which I prefer to the doctors Ive lost 8 lbs already! Please add me if you like more buddies the merrier...
