What is your favorite "OMG SO GOOD" low cal recipe??
Last night I discovered this method of cooking shirataki noodles: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/307942-169-calorie-big-big-big-bowl-of-noodles
and this recipe for banana "ice cream": http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/513845-really-low-fat-banana-split
I was stuffed after a huge plate of the noodles and a bowl of the ice cream...it felt like a 1500 calorie meal!
Tonight I'm going to try this: http://yourlighterside.com/recipe-the-original-cauliflower-pizza-dough-2/
So that got me to thinking...what else have I been missing??? Which incredible low cal recipes do you swear by? Please share!

Nopt really "recipes" per se, but:
- Broiled veggies, especially cauliflower or brussels sprouts. A little olive oil spray, some spices & an oven preheated to 450.
- Gyro meat grilled on a cast iron grill pan, with lots of thinly sliced grilled veg. Some fat free sour cream mixed with greek yogurt & julienned cucumbers, oh man.
- Cauliflower mashed potatoes. Sounds weird, actually very good.
As I think about it, I am pretty addicted to anything involving a cast iron cooking implement...0 -

I don't have a slow cooker, but it turned out great in my Dutch oven on the stovetop at low. Try it, it's sooooooo good!!0 -

Protein Pudding...
Fat Free Greek Yogurt
Protein Powder (I love chocolate or banana)
some sweetner ( I use truvia)
Also you can add some pnut butter.
Stir all together and enjoy... tastes just like pudding, only better for you!0
