Breaking Down 30 day shred video

I injured my lower leg while doing the 30 Day Shred video and am just able to get back to exercising to it. I don't want to chance reinjuring my self and have decided to exercise to the video every other day until I build up strength. The days I don't complete the entire video I want to complete just the strength portion and ab portion. How would I go about logging the exercise time for that and what would i call it.

Please help a portion of the video every other day is better than nothing. Thaks.
