Hi everyone I am a new member to myfitnesspal. So far I'm liking this program and I'm hoping it makes a difference in my life and helps me get skinny. I wish you all the best of luck in your weight loosing goals.

    I just join today. I been work at thia and my personal trainier want me to track everyting I eat with in 1700 calories a day. Witha certant amont of carbs, protain, and fat it kind hard to keep it up.
