Nothing tastes good enough...

...to be worth my calories. It feels almost like MFP has become a game and my calories are my points. I feel sorta paralyzed when it comes to making meal decisions. I crave nothing and so it feels like nothing will ever taste good enough to be worth the calories. And so I am stuck just waiting for something to seem worth eating. What's even more frustrating is that this typically leads to tiny snacks that add up to being a completely unfulfilling non-meal.

Anyone else go through this? How do you manage?

When I first got into to diet design I looked at the numbers. The Aragon diet is a good place to start if you are trying to lose weight, but exercise on the regular.

    Calculate your numbers: http://www.davidhoffmaster.com/simple-calorie-calculator-and-target-nutrient-formula/

Now that you have your daily caloric, fat, carb, and protein requirements, just make healthy choices and shoot for those totals each day.

I never went through a "not-hungry" phase though. If anything, I go through serious food withdrawals sometimes.
