Switching to maintenance

All my life I was over weight until about 2 years ago when I completely change my lifestyle. My weightloss was good about 20lbs the first year and then 10-15lbs the second year. However, my issue now is that I am so scared to gain it all back that I have become obsessed. I used calorie counting, weighing myself every morning, and taking my measurements to see the results to feel good about my new lifestyle. Except I still do this even at my lowest weight, knowing that I don't need to loose anymore and have been told I could even gain a few pounds. I was wondering if someone could peek at my food diary/exercise and let me know if I am on the right track to maintaining my healthy lifestyle and reassure me that it is ok to up my calories and maybe what to expect during the upcoming weeks. If my weight goes up how long should I stay at the calories that I am consuming? When does the body adjust to new amount?
Thank you so much for your time and help whoever you are!
