been diligent with my exercise program and diet. started at 260lbs. then went down to 237lbs. weighed in today at 240lbs. ??????

Have you hit a plateau? I gained too after I was steadily losing cause I was not eating enough. My body was storing the food for energy cause I was being active a lot but was not giving myself the fuel it needed in order to loose it. I now eat the xtra calories I burned & let me tell you, the weight is coming off. What are you doing for physical activities? Are you under eating? Are you eating too many fatty foods and not the good stuff? Fatty foods can make you gain weight even though they are within your calorie intake. I hope this helps.0
