    as an American i am ashamed that we dont use the metric system. one side benefit of losing weight has been using a food scale where i weigh almost everything in grams. so now i am getting a sense for the metric scale for lightweight things. :) i should switch my bathroom scale to kgs!

    I measure in kg. I ve lost 17kg altogether, 11kg with MFP.

    I measure in kg, stones, lbs as the bathroom scale has all 3, but one of the best things about food tracking is that I've learnt how to convert almost any measurement. Here if you need a friend!
