I'm looking for ways to use canned salmon at lunch. I don't want to add mayo, but it's sooooo dry by itself!

    I love making salmon patties. Mix up a couple of cans, an eggs, celery, onion, spices... I find that they warm-up pretty well for lunch the next day. I am not a huge fish fan and I find these very good.

    I follow a paleo diet... you can Google "paleo salmon cakes" and a lot of sites will show up. No added breadcrumbs, etc.
