Hey :-) Could someone help me ? I am new to this. I am on plan 1490 calories with 30g of sugar and 50 g of fat. I am sometimes strugling with sugar as I dont know If I should add nature sugar as well? For example just banana has got 15 g of sugar and another think I am quiet active so I earn more calories every day should I eat it back to 1490? thank you :.)

For me, sugar is sugar... although fruit has other benefits, if you are counting sugars I would count any fruit towards that total.0
