Can anyone recommend blogs or websites that feature allergy free (specifically egg and peanut free) recipes? My friend's daughter is allergic to both eggs and peanuts and I need some good cake recipes so that she will be able to enjoy all the food at our parties. My son's 2nd birthday is coming up and I'm starting to plan his party. I've been looking up recipes but I just don't know how to use egg replacers and I'm having a hard time finding good recipes with nice, fluffy cakes. And suggestions are welcomed!

    Really? NO ONE has food allergies and suggestions for where to find egg/peanut free recipes?

    We have nut/dairy/soy allergies, but we just modify as we go along. No special recipes needed. How about using a vegan recipe? They would be egg free. Just Google "vegan" cake. There is probably a few on allrecipes.com too.

    Tons of great vegan websites and cookbooks... one of the best is "Babycakes". There are two out now and I have tried a couple of the recipes. Good luck.
