I'm MUCH stronger

Just had a batting practice today for the baseball season, one of the first of the year, I can already tell, by losing the fat, and working my core, I am MUCH stronger. I am hitting the ball harder, and getting around on the ball much faster then I was. I'm so glad I focused this spring on core work! Yay me!
