3/4 of the way there...My weight loss chart with notes

My story is like most others, fat and disgusted I lost weight. 75 pounds the first time (245 lbs to 170 lbs) using diet alone. Did it in 18 months flat! Than I got cocky and thought I could cut a few corners here and there and got half of weight back over a2 or 3 years. It kind of creeps up on you. When I got back to 210 lbs, something snapped in me when that last pair of dress pants that used to fit was "too damned tight."
My old clothes are now long gone and my current clothes are getting baggy. My chart (below) tracks my weight for the past 1 year and 7+ months. The chart shows it is anything BUT a straight, smooth line. The chart shows real life.
My tip for you: Measure, measure, MEASURE!!! There were weeks when I lost zero pounds but inches were melting away. Just do this one little thing. It might just keep you going through a plateau.
My goal is to see my 6-pack. I am getting close.

I was such a chicken with pictures when I started. Too embarrassed. The people that post before and after pictures are truly inspirational.0
