Hi everyone, I have recently started my challenge of losing some weight to look and feel better and healthier.
My current program consists of :
Saturday - Cardio - 10Km (45 mins) elliptical
Sunday - Strength - Overhead press, deadlift and cables
Monday - Cardio - 5Km Elliptical + 20 mins on treadmill
Tuesday - Cardio - 5Km Row , 5km Elliptical
Wednesday - Strength - Bench, Barbell Rows and assisted chin ups
Thursday - Rest Day / Light Cardio
Friday - Rest Day
I am trying to have no more than 1700 Cals a day gross.
I am 21, Male
257lbs
6ft 2"
38/40 Waist
29.5% body fat.
Will the above reduce my weight and my Body Fat percentage and is there anything that you guys would reccommend me doing to further improve and gain more benefit.
