Survived Camping and lost weight too!

I am so excited that I lost weight this time while camping. Last time I gained a few pounds. Lots of you gave me some great tips to help prevent that from happening again. Thanks so much!
I planned all my meals ahead and printed them out to keep as a guide. It didn't feel hard at all, and I even got to eat a smore everynight.
Also- I told my husband I wanted to make sure and get a good 45 minute hike in everyday. So, we found some great trails to go on. It was a bonus because the kids, husband and dog got a workout too. Instead of sitting by the campfire on our buns, we were moving! It felt great. We also got to explore when we normally wouldn't have even thought of it.

I am going camping in 2 weeks and am very afraid. I am going with my family and they are not encouraging at all....it will be frustrating. Any helpful tips you can pass my way would be very appreciated. I love fruits and veggie's, so that will help keep me on track.0

Thanks for the encouragement!
Alisalagoe- Plan your food ahead and bring your own food. Make sure to work in some treats into your eating plan so you don't feel left out! When your family sees that you are sticking to your guns and they see your progress, they might start asking you for help instead of discouraging you.
Hang in there and don't give up!0 -
Thanks! I am looking forward to being outdoors. Doing some wakeboarding, hiking and bike riding.0
