I started 2 weeks ago, and my first week I lost 4 pounds (water weight). I eat 1410 calories a day and usually am under. This week ive only lost. 2. :( I got my monthly Tuesday night and I'm not sure if that's part of the reason, but if anyone would mind doing some diary spying on me or helping, that's be great.

And yes, I know I have a lot of WW snacks on there and a Lean Cuisine, don't bother telling me I'm eating too much salt, I never ho over my sodium allowance.

Try drinking more water. You will hit a plateu every now and then, but two weeks in I wouldn't worry about it to much. Some weeks you will lose more that other.

Your second week is hardly ever anywhere near as good as your first week, and horemones always affect weight loss. Give it neither week and things will settle into a patter, I assure you. It'll all be ok! Don't give up!!!

If you want people to check out your diary you'll need to make it public.

I'd second hunter 1025 though, 2 pounds in your 2nd week isn't bad. What have you got your loss set at?

Periods can affect the number on the scale as far as water weight. Try not to be so focused on that number on the scale and just keep doing what you are doing. Keep working out, eating clean, and drinking a lot of water. The results will surely follow.

I think you're doing great. Don't get frustrated. When you lose it more slowly, you'll have more time so that it becomes a life style change and you'll keep it off. I had to respond when I saw the mention of WW and Lean Cuisine. I lost my 50 pounds living on Lean Cuisine and WW. I just didn't want to have to think about what to make, and if I had something to make quick I wouldn't grab junk. I still eat them a lot (which is why I keep my diary private lol). I've also kept it off for 2 years, am 55 yrs old and eat wayyyyyy too much salt. Just stick with it. Good luck.

 Time of the month definitely throws me off, I usually gain or maintain even if I follow a perfect eating/exercise plan. I agree, it is frustrating! Drink lots of water and you'll most likely lose that extra weight next week. Good luck!

Your monthly will definitely affect your results! It made me crave more and therefore eat more than usual and I didn't lose anything at all last week. Another week has gone by since & I still haven't lost any weight again! But then again, you're still only in your second week and you're body is still adapting to your new lifestyle. Keep going with what you're doing, it's still early days and results will show again in the next few weeks! Good luck
