Strength Training

Usually when I work out, I will go on the elliptical for 30 minutes and then go and weight train. However, when I am lifting weights, I shake really bad. Not just when I'm actually lifting, but even when I'm walking around to the different machines. Is this a good thing? Or am I doing something wrong?

Make sure always you are drinking plenty of water, and are eating enough.
Maybe you just pushed yourself and that was your breaking point.
Like you kind of shocked your system!
After the kickboxing classes at my school our students are always shakey...
It just means good push.
I usually run then lift also.
Maybe try the other way around.

Try 15 minutes at the start as a warm up, then weights training, then additional cardio at the end if so desired. It's no good using up a load of energy before conducting heavy lifts. Also, how is your pre workout nutrition?0
