Truthfully since I've "re"joined a few weeks ago I've been losing at a really steady pace of around a lb a week. For the past 3 weeks I have stalled out, jumping from 208-210lbs whenever I checked. The first week I had fallen off the wagon, the next I was sick and "sick", and then when I was finally back into it I was really discouraged because it took a week to start seeing progress again. Yesterday I broke the plateau at 207.75lbs. But TODAY, I blew it away at 206.75lbs. Yes, I know you're not supposed to weigh yourself every day but Thursdays are my "real" weigh in day. I BROKE MY PLATEAU

PLUS

I ran my mile yesterday in 10 minutes 55 seconds =D

Yay, you! Plus, how impressive that you're running a mile! Keep it up, Ms. Awesomeness!
  • Who says you shouldn't weigh in daily. I have learned a lot about my body by doing just that!

    Also, AWESEOME!

That is great. Thanks for sharing because we all need to remember that plateaus do not last forever!
