Body by Vi - what else do you eat?

Hi there,
I am doing the Body by Vi - for one month to see how it goes. so far so good but I am wondering what those who are on the plan eat for their non-shake meals. I am on 1200 calories/day and if my shakes are about 250 cal each, that still leaves about 700 cals to consume in addition to any cals I may add from exercise (usually about 300/day.) Just wondering what some of you are eating in the meantime?

  • I eat what they recommend, 4 to 6 ounces of lean meat, 2 to 3 vegetables and fruit.

    I dunno...I guess what I am putting in... the 2 scoops mix, 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup water and a banana or strawberries?
    This morning I added 1 tbsp of peanut butter and it went to 312 cals.....
    I am not into making them taste like snickers bars or using jello etc. I saw some of those recipes... they just didn't appeal to me. I am slowly getting more adventurous. I have been only on the shakes for two weeks....
