Do you have to eat the calories you burn exercising?

Do you have to eat the calories you gain by exercising? If I eat my allowed 1,200 calories, but then work out do I have to eat the calories I burn off? I don't want to go into starvation mode.

I don't think so.
I think as long as your feeding your body the 1200 calories it needs, it shouldn't think it's being starved. I use exercise to earn extra calories, comes in handy the days I fancy chips or a few drinks after work!
Otherwise all these olympic athletes would be in trouble! I doubt they eat all there extra exercise calories!0
