This sounds FABULOUS!!! I will be trying this very soon! I have added those items to my shopping list. Thanks!
PS I think you can add other seasonings to the yogurt to change it up.0 -

Good ideas on the ranch and such.
I want to try all sorts of stuff with this. One idea I had was to mix taco seasoning in the Greek yogurt and do the dip and coat then bake. Or, ranch powder in the Greek yogurt. ORRRRRRRRRR just take the entire tub of Greek yogurt and swallow whole.
So many possibilities!0 -

I love chicken done this way. If you want a little variation, add some lemon juice to the yogurt. Also, mix in some shredded parmasean to the breadcrumbs, YUMMY!

I have a fried chicken seasoning recipe I've been wanting to try and I bet it would be great mixed in with the yogurt. I think I'll be doing this next week

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon thyme
1/2 tablespoon oregano

I have to admit... I may have just fallen in love with you a tiny little bit.
As a good ol' southern girl, giving up my friend chicken has been painstakingly difficult. and, like you, i've never had success with it in the oven.
the picture looks amazing! i wanna lick my monitor right now!

Hey everyone! I started off doing a lot of cooking at home, and I feel myself getting lazier. This is a super easy way to prepare my chicken... and I'm even more excited that it's boneless! I love it. I usually buy Light n Fit and not Greek... do you think that would work as well, or is it too thin?0
