That is a fairly intense workout. I wonder how long it took him to complete those sets.

Bruce Lee was one of the first Martial artists to show that lifting weights didn't make you slow or inflexible, but enhanced the skills he already had.

That is seriously intense, thank you for posting. Also, I'm now curious as the only "French Press" I know of you put coffee in to steep it, giving it a richer flavor as it allows the oils from the beans to get into the water. I'm fairly certain that he didn't stop to sip coffee in the middle of his workout.
  • Google Bruce Lee quotes. You'll love them

And when you're looking at pictures of him, keep in mind he only weighed 138lbs. I've never seen lats like that on a guy anywhere near that light.

Well I could be wrong on this, but I always thought he was fairly short. I'm 6 feet tall though so most people are short in comparison.

He was kind of short but still 138 is small and if oyu look at his physical make up its all muscle and bone without the bulk of his muscle he would weigh almost nothing.

Bruce Lee can do 1 finger push up (1 finger and 1 thumb).
His cemetery is in Seattle. It's so sad to see Brandon Lee headstone is right next to his.
Whenever I go there, there's alsways someone there visit him.

Its a shame what happened to his son...freak accident.

Bruce Lee was a beast. Mind you this workout was in addition to his martial arts training.
