    I think you should be able to just change the date to yesterday (the 7th) and add away. Never tried it but I think it would work.

    when you click on track food it shows the date...click the arrow back to yesterday

    you mean you want to enter foods into yesterdays diary?
    go to the Food tab, and it will say Food diary for: and then have the date. Click the arrow on the left of the date, and it will take you to tomorrow, and you can add anything you ate

    Where it shows the date on your food tracker, you can click the arrows to the left or to the right to jump into the past (!) or the future (!!).

    I usually go through the week ahead of time and add any meals I know for sure I am going to eat, including adding my multivitamin for the day. On weekdays it is easy to plan what I am going to eat ahead of time. Weekends, not so much...
