Does anyone have a daily food plan that they follow, like breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks, that would amount to 1500 calories? Any suggestions?

B= 1c skim milk-90cal, 1c Go Lean Kashi-210c, 1/2 large grapefruit-about 50c, coffee==350cals
L= grilled chicken br. -130cal, 2c.salad veggies or 1/2 -1c steamed-70 cal, 1 slice 100% whole grain bread- 50cal(Natures Own doulble fiber), smart start spread-45cal, apple butter-35cal, 1c skim milk-90cal==420cals
D= grilled salmon or chicken or tuna or eggs(again)-130cal or 200cal, steamed veggies (2 servings)-100cals, same bread comb above-130cal==430cals
snacks=2 each @ 150 cals OR 1snack @ 300cal.
ex. fruit w/cool whip, cheese/crackers, cheese toast, veggies/dip, home made fruit smoothie (little over 150cal)
Hope this helps. I pretty much stick to this.0
