    Wow! Five 8 pound bowling balls is really a lot when you think about carrying them around with you ever day ALL day. No wonder we feel so much better when we shed the LBs! Congratulations! I will be there soon!

    Congrats and great work! I keep trying to lose up to both of my kids' weight together but they keep growing. lol. They were about 60-65 when I started, but now they're about 70ish. shucks. ;) I'll catch up with them eventually.

    LOVE it! Great job! I just did the picture thing yesterday with losing 15.2 pounds. I can't see it yet on myself, but the image of those things really helped ME out! FANTASTIC!

    I've just lost 17 lbs, which is equivalent to a larger (but not the largest) sack of dog food. When I go to the grocery store this weekend, one of my goals is to take a picture of myself holding the bag, then walk around with it for a while remembering the feeling of carrying that extra weight. Sometimes 17 doesn't seem like a lot, but it is when you look at it like that.
