I have to admit... I may have just fallen in love with you a tiny little bit.
As a good ol' southern girl, giving up my friend chicken has been painstakingly difficult. and, like you, i've never had success with it in the oven.
the picture looks amazing! i wanna lick my monitor right now!

Hey everyone! I started off doing a lot of cooking at home, and I feel myself getting lazier. This is a super easy way to prepare my chicken... and I'm even more excited that it's boneless! I love it. I usually buy Light n Fit and not Greek... do you think that would work as well, or is it too thin?0

Yummy! Thanks for sharing. I made a version of this for lunch today. I cut the chicken breasts into large nuggets. I eliminated the salt but added some Tastefully Simple Spinach & Herb mix and Garlic Garlic. I also added some grated parmesan cheese to the panko bread crumbs. Mine came out to 180 calories, 10 carbs, 2 fat, 31 protein and 1 fiber for one serving. The yogurt made the chicken so moist.0

I have used sour cream instead of eggs for quite a while when I make my chicken fried steak and chicken tenders. I have a box of panko I have been wondering what to do with. I will certainly give this a try0
