Advice? crazy things men do to themselves...

My question is does anyone have any personal exprience in this situation? What I have read it is recommended to wait 2-14 days before having sex ater a vasectomy. my doctor told me 7 days... I am day 3 and feel too sore right now. My Doctor told me 7 days but started to say it could be sooner, then just said "7 days" I am just wondering if anyone has any experienc with this, as the weekend is coming up, haha, and I don't want to miss out if I don't have too!

I also cannot exercise for a week, but since I am black and blue and swollen, I guess a week of rest will be good, then I will get right back into it! From all the stories I have heard, I guess I am doing better than average!

so should I chance it this weekend?

    I would be way too scared. I'd wait for a month. Geez. That first time afterward would be scary.

    Chris you should wait at least 7-10 days before "using the stuff". Most of your swelling should resolved and so should the brusing. Don't try anything before then. Remember I'm an RN. Dont worry it will still work!!

    OK was just wondering if anyone had any experience with a 'quicker' recovery, but I guess not so far.. Yes I am worried about putting too much pressure on the 'tube' so I thanks, I will wait, haha

    It took me 14 days. I was completely black though. The doc told me I would be fine wearing boxer briefs but that was way wrong. As soon as I bought a cup and jock strap it was instant relief. Trust me take it easy for a while
